Fitchburg Conservancy Remodel

As the original basement space was unfinished, this affectionately titled “Tulip Room” project in homage of the original 1970’s wallpaper throughout, the primary objective was to create a music studio/office space. Root Down prioritized extensive sound deadening measures throughout to construct a practice space that felt both continuous with the remainder of the basement and simultaneously a private space for concentration.
